An excellent hotel in a very central downtown location in Kuching, on a lively road in the heart of Chinatown. The breakfast options were good, and the staff were very friendly and helpful on all occasions. When staying here, you can walk (or take a short Grab ride) to many places of interest in the downtown area, such as the waterfront promenade and the nearby bars and restaurants. And right across the road from the hotel is the amazing Borneo Rednecks music pub, where they have live music most or all nights (it's well insulated, so the sound of the music stays inside the pub). Overall an excellent experience!

I like that it’s clean, even the lobby is bright and inviting. I also like the fact that they have prepared soap dish in the toilet which is small detail but still useful. Plus, four pillows for queen bed when other hotels usually only give you two. I’m really impressed they put little details more thoughts. A little note from Aminudin (Housekeeping) was also very thoughtful. Thank you staffs for trying their best to let me have a nice stay.

Location was very convenient-walking distance to waterfront, shops, restaurants and the food festival. Breakfast was served at 630 which was great if you had to be somewhere early. Room was spacious and well-appointed. There is a very reasonable laundry place a few doors down and they will return your clean clothes to the lobby for you. The front desk people were super helpful and gave me very useful advice and help getting places.

The staff deserve special mention for being exceptionally friendly, helpful, and efficient. Their hospitality truly made our stay memorable. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay—you definitely won’t regret it. Plus, finding nearby dining options is a breeze!!!

Akmal have a good personality and he also can be an example to other staff.. Not forget Sheilin, also very helpfull and always smile to us, will gonna miss both of them ;) Insha-Allah will stay there again once we have time
